1 stick margarine, melted
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 Tbs. flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 deep-dish pie crusts
Beat margarine, sugar, eggs, and flour until light and creamy. Fold in buttermilk and vanilla.
Pour into pie shells and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Turn over down to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
Cool and refrigerate.
