1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can English peas, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped pimentos
Crushed corn flakes
Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and pour into a greased casserole dish. (Note: This casserole can be frozen at this point.)
Top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
