Seven-Up Cake

1 Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 small package instant pineapple cream pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 - 10 oz. 7-up
Icing
1 can coconut

Mix first five ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.  Bake in two greased and floured 9" cake pans at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.  Cool.

Split layers in half.  On each layer, spread icing and top with coconut.

Icing
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbs. corn starch

Mix together and cook until thick.  Let cool completely.
